Job Overview: Dedicated and detail-oriented Finance and Strategy Manager to support the Head of Project Finance and Strategy in managing the financial aspects of our Oil and Gas exploration and production project. This role is critical in assisting with financial modeling, budgeting and debt financing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong excel and analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Perform regular updates to financial models, incorporating operational changes and market conditions.
· Support the budgeting and financial planning process
· Collaborate with different departments to gather inputs.
· Contribute to the preparation of materials to different stakeholders.
· To provide insightful and accurate financial analysis that supports informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Higher financial education;
· At least three years of experience in finance (Big 4 experience is a plus);
· Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals - BS, PL, Cash Flow;
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision;
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently;
· Possess or studying for the professional qualification (CFA, CIMA etc);
· Advanced Excel skills, Proficiency in financial software (1C/SAP) is a plus;
· Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
