P&G offers an exciting 3-6 month internship program targeted at outstanding talents with an opportunity to become a full-time employee upon successful internship completion!
As a Sales intern you will have responsibilities from Day 1 and will be working on a special project assigned by our managers, who will share their experience and guide you throughout your internship program. You will have a chance to learn from highly qualified professionals how to collaborate with our partners across different business areas.
Responsibilities:
• Partnering with key distributor
• Understanding clients’ and shoppers’ needs
• Collaborating with other P&G Sales managers to co-develop business plans
• Making commercial recommendations for a variety of brands known worldwide
• Working with multifunctional teams
• Sharing insights based on data analytics
• Improvement and automation of various work processes
Compensations and Benefits
• Monthly salary 500 000 KZT gross
• Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 35 000 KZT net
• Relocation support in case of relocation >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications
• 4+ year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years from the moment of graduation)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Power BI will be an advantage
