Overview / Responsibilities
Wood (trading locally as JSC WOOD KSS) is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator (6 months) with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.
Under direct supervision, assists SCM specialist with the preparation, documentation, and maintenance of subcontracts.
Responsibilities:
• To create a new supplier requests in Oracle
• To enter PO into Oracle
• VEF administration
• General support to Subcontracts Specialist
• Maintains subcontract files in accordance with established procedures.
• Verification of Subcontractors invoices
• Issue a Call Offs for service Contract
• Variations / additional Agreements
• Issue a Contracts for Apartment rent
• Administration of simple contracts
• Support for projects (filling, VEF)
• Administration of all registers related to SCM
Skills / Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Communication Skills
• Good English level
• Self starter
• Motivated
• Pro-active
