Key Functions
• Visit the Customer’s Workplace / Residence / both to validate key information collected by LO
• Complete missing information in StoryBoard provided by the sales executive
• Appraise loans from a Credit, Legal and Technical perspective and recommend them to the Credit Committee.
• Identify any trends/patterns in appraisal and warn Zonal Credit Team
Communication & Relationship Maintain and Develop Relationships with:
• Loan Officer
• Zonal Credit Manager
• Customers
• Disbursement Officers
• Hub Manager
• Collection Officers
Experience: 2-3 Years
Education Background: Graduation or Post Graduation in Commerce/MSW
Skills and abilities:
• Good communication/PR skills
• Good listening skills
• Confidence
• Multitasking ability
• Team working ability
