About the Role:
The Operation Suite Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing operational systems and tools within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless functioning of operational processes, enhancing system performance, and providing support to various teams. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that drive eViciency and improve overall operations.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain operational systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operational tools and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular assessments of system performance and suggest enhancements.
• Document operational procedures and maintain updated system documentation.
• Provide training and support to users of operational systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to operations management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum D3 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding about Google Operation Suite.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.
• Experience with monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk)
• Familiarity with database management and querying (e.g., SQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of automation tools and practices (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins).
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks
