Jack & Transfez - Business Development

We embarked on our journey in 2020 with the Transfez app, aiming to simplify cross-border transfers that were previously limited to banks and legacy players. However, as we progressed and gained insights from our valued clients, particularly businesses, we realized that there were additional pain points they encountered beyond cross-border transfers. By actively listening and interacting with them, we developed a solution: Transfez for Business.

Jack replaces the Transfez for Business platform. As Jack will be the new face of the company brand, the Transfez consumer app will continue to be a vital part of our family as part of the Jack ecosystem.

Jack, as an all-in-one financial platform, integrating Corporate Card, International & Local Transfer, Bill Payment, Payroll, and Reimbursement for complete financial solutions, aimed to empower businesses from all sizes including startups, SMEs, and established enterprises.

Responsibilities
• Take ownership of identifying, creating, developing, negotiating, and closing high-value opportunities for clients
• Manage the lead cycle from prospecting and calling leads to qualifying and monitoring clients
• Acquire new clients and expand product offerings to meet sales targets
• Understand client pain points and needs to propose mutually beneficial solutions
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Monitor sales metrics such as sales results and forecasts
• Provide monthly and weekly reports on lead cycle progress
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance lead management processes
• Develop effective strategies to achieve company targets

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree from reputable local or overseas universities. Majoring in Communications, Public Relations or any related major
• Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales / Acquisition would be preferred
• Preferably with experience in the fintech or financial industry
• Demonstrate strong sales skills: persuasive communication, lobby, negotiation, and persistence
• Strategic thinker, creative mindset, and strong business acumen
• Experience with creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process
• Fearless and a ruthless focus on execution
• Able to manage relationships with all levels of the partner community
• Full professional proficiency in English and Bahasa, both verbally and written
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
• Number driven worker who is motivated and challenged by sales target
