Job Description

As our Astronaut, you will be doing:
• Develop, synthesize & implement operations strategic plan to achieve company target.
• Lead operations management to maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Responsible for analysing & completing operations P&L.
• Establish and ensure operational implementation and compliance with processes and procedures.
• Analyze and implement improvement plans to meet customer needs in alignment with company targets.
• Work with the leadership team to drive day-to-day operations including metrics management and regular performance reports.
• Analyse and provide insights on the operating performance of each function, develop recommendations, and provide analytical support for internal projects/initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with strategic partners focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain Management.
• Solid knowledge of lean and continuous improvement techniques, systems and processes.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Head of Operations from a Logistic, E-commerce background.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture among team members (partners/associates) and stakeholders.
• A proven ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on approaching complex operational challenges in a structured, data-driven manner.
• A strong focus on utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor, analyze, and improve operational performance, including hub SLAs, partner churn rates, productivity metrics, and customer experience metrics.
• A deep understanding of retail operations, ideally supplemented with experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, readily adapting to shifting priorities and challenges.
• The ability to think strategically about the long-term direction of operations, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation
