Business Operation Specialist - Contract Based
Work Location: South Jakarta and the greater area
YOUR ROLE
• Analyzing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Assisting in the planning and executing projects, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate performance metrics and operational insights.
• Working with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
• Identifying operational issues and developing solutions to address them.
• Providing administrative support and assistance in daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
WHO YOU ARE
• Minimum of 3 or 5 years experience preferred.
• Have experience as an Admin & Sales Operation, Business Operations, or Marketing Specialist.
• Must be able to provide strong analytical data and Excellent Communications (English) and PowerPoint and Excel Skill sets.
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Data Analytics, or related to Business Operations are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage and communicate across boundaries, and build cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of project management principles including proficient use of project management tools.
• Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• The ability to speak in Korean will be plus point.
