Job Description:
• Oversee multiple retail stores within the Jakarta area, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
• Train, motivate, and support store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with operational procedures, visual merchandising standards, and customer service protocols.
• Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing and HR, to execute promotional campaigns, staffing plans, and employee training initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations across all store locations.
• Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales forecasts, and operational metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the retail industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and senior management.
• Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management best practices.
• Familiarity with retail software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Jakarta area
