Location: Tokyo/Hong Kong
Main Responsibilities:
• Support deal evaluation through building financial models, conducting in-depth research on industries and market
• Prepare investment presentations, memos and proposals, and presenting key findings to investment committee
• Participate in portfolio management and tracking investment performance
• Prepare portfolio valuation materials to external valuation professionals and reporting presentation to investors
Requirements:
• 2+ year of experience in investment banking/private equity investment/Deal Advisory
• Real estate sector experience highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with extensive training in the building of presentation materials and financial modelling
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Japanese
