Job summary
To provide support to the overall Programs Department with special focus on the Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning portfolio
Duties and responsibilities
Supports the RMEAL Officer in
Developing Research Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning plans for the organization
Developing Research Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks for the programmes and organization
Planning for trainings needed for research, data collection and MEAL tools implementation Develops Research concept notes aligned to WCoZ thematic clusters
Supports maintenance of Repository and E-Library for WCoZ Research products.
Offers requisite support to the RMEAL Officer for ensuring learning, quality and consistency strategies for programming
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills
Degree in Social Sciences or related
