KATI provides unique packages of business training, mentoring and access to competitive start-up/ business enhancement loans for young entrepreneurs aged 18-35 years in northern Uganda with the aim to reduce youth unemployment by stimulating a culture of transformative entrepreneurship. KATI is looking for the following team members to support its challenge to cut costs, strengthen its group and individual loan portfolio, and achieve profitability within the next 18 months:
