Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Experienced Sales Specialist at ATLANTIC Lubricants in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Salesperson with a proven background in the chemical industry, specifically within FMCG Chemicals, Polymers, White Oil, and Petroleum Jelly. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these products and be skilled in building relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the chemical sector, particularly focusing on FMCG Chemicals, Polymers, White Oil, and Petroleum Jelly.
• Market Research and Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, especially within FMCG and polymer applications.
• Technical Knowledge Application: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of FMCG Chemicals, Polymers, White Oil, and Petroleum Jelly to offer tailored solutions to customers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in chemical sales, preferably in FMCG Chemicals, Polymers, White Oil, or Petroleum Jelly.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
