Job Summary/Basic Functions
Provide first level technical support for the daily operation of EKU's Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and wireless network under the guidance of senior members of the networking staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications: Must be enrolled at EKU.
Job Duties:
• 75% - Provide first level technical support: troubleshooting connectivity issues and equipment failures. - (Essential)
• 25% - Assist in preparation of the installation of networking equipment. - (Essential)
