Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Location: Remote (CST Time zone)

Salary Range: up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to help grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will manage content creation, distribution, and engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and establish XRayautomation as a leading authority in workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule content across social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Brand Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, encouraging likes, comments, shares, and conversions.
• Strategy Execution: Build and refine social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Platform Management: Optimize posts and campaigns on multiple platforms to meet business objectives.
• Video Editing: Repurpose content from YouTube into smaller, engaging pieces for other platforms (experience with CapCut is a plus).
• Analytics: Track and report on social media performance to adjust and improve strategies.
• Boost engagement: Increase likes, comments, shares, and ultimately, conversions. Educate the Audience, Drive Engagement, Conversions and build community.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Airtable, or Make.com is preferred.
• Familiarity with content creation and video editing (experience with CapCut is a plus).

Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with creating automation strategies using tools like Zapier and Airtable.
• Ability to create visually appealing content with minimal supervision.
