Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Open Mind. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including electricians, electro-mechanical engineers, mechanics, welders, and workers.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall business operations.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance history.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for maintenance staff and other personnel.
• Participate in the development of goals and objectives for the maintenance department, aligning with company-wide initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance, with increasing responsibility and leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
