About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Governance & Compliance Director to join our team at the Saudi Tourism Authority. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of governance and compliance strategies across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Governance and Compliance Programs
Design and implement a comprehensive governance and compliance framework that aligns with our organization's strategic objectives and industry best practices.
• Conduct Governance and Compliance Research and Benchmarking
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify relevant governance and compliance standards, methodologies, and tools to adopt and implement within our organization.
• Maintain Governance and Compliance Culture
Develop and maintain a strong governance and compliance culture within our organization, ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to our governance and compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, or public administration)
• At least 10 years of experience in governance and compliance, preferably in a similar role
