About our client
We are working on an opportunity with a prestigious global investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for an experienced leader to join as a Director in a new role as a result of the fund's expansion plans globally. The role's key areas of focus include M&A transaction execution, corporate finance strategy, strategic advisory and relationship management. What the job involves
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and C-suite executives, providing expert advice on M&A opportunities, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
• Support investment teams and portfolio companies in developing M&A strategy and executing transactions globally
• Collaborate on due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation assessments to evaluate potential transactions
• Provide expertise beyond M&A, including capital structure optimization, financial modelling, and strategic financial planning
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, investors, and industry professionals Who we are looking for
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role within M&A advisory, Private Equity, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred
• Expert knowledge of M&A processes, deal structuring, and valuation techniques
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
