Main Responsibilities:
• Monitors monthly food and beverage costs and profit and loss expenses of the EP Club.
• Meets VIPs, performs guest relation duties, and obtains comments and feedback.
• Ensures the ambiance, cleanliness, and exclusivity at the EP Club area is maintained at all times.
• Performs all aspects of colleague and training functions, including hiring, performance appraisals, counselling, coaching, training, disciplinary actions.
• Responds and adapts to changes and best practices as dictated by the industry, MOHG, and the hotel.
• Works very closely with other sub-sections of the Front Office to provide the Mandarin Oriental personalized service to the guests.
• Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the Senior Management.

Skills and Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in the same role within a luxury hospitality environment, resort experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in high paced environment
