Encore are proud to be working in partnership with a national recycling company, who are one of the largest manufacturers of Recycled goods across the UK, the company in question are looking for a Semi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
Job Role:
As an Maintenance Engineer, you will be tasked for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site.
Typical Duties will involve:
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance of all equipment on site, Providing reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM's)
• Routine machine servicing
• Attending to machinery breakdowns, fault finding processing equipment, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic machinery.
• General onsite maintenance as and when required
• Working effectively alone as well as part of a team of engineers onsite
Desirable experience
• Relevant Engineering qualification, minimum NVQ level 2 qualified engineer
• Manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production process; granulators, belts conveyors.
• Previously worked in a semi-skilled position or similar
• Health and safety conscious
