This might just be your perfect career opportunity. We are assisting our client to recruit a Senior Agricultural Technician and an Agricultural Technician.
The firm we are hiring for has multiple offices across Northern England and Scotland. They are a fast growing, well-established, and supportive company and their Penrith office is fast paced with a forward-thinking team.
Your new job
As well as preparing annual accounts and tax returns, the successful candidate will take on the role of Client Manager for a portfolio of agricultural clients ranging from sole traders and partnerships to limited companies.
You will be managing all aspects of your clients’ accountancy affairs to ensure an excellent service is provided, from dealing with their day-to-day queries and preparing annual accounts/tax to corresponding with others on their behalf and holding client meetings.
About you
As well as being self-motivated and industrious, the successful candidate must have experience working in a similar role within an accountancy practice with the ability to work well in high pressure situations and under your own initiative.
To succeed, you must enjoy a challenge and be willing to work as part of a team to tight deadlines.
Salary and rewards
• Salary is negotiable but the range is £25,000 to £30,000 for Technician level and £30,000 to £38,000 for a Senior
• 6 weeks holiday per year (including stats)
