Introduction
VAB is the largest mobility organization in Flanders and offers a wide range of services and solutions for both individuals and businesses. Function
The Integration Architect at VAB is responsible for connecting different systems within the organization and implementing an "API first" microservices strategy. This role focuses on ensuring the reusability of APIs and implementing secure and efficient integration processes. The Integration Architect plays a crucial role in promoting VAB's IT strategy, with the goal of seamlessly integrating internal systems and making them safely available. Additionally, the Integration Architect contributes to the migration to MS Dynamics and supports the organization by internally transferring knowledge and strengthening the IT infrastructure.
Profile
>Experience and background
• At least 5 years of experience as a developer within a microservices architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices technologies such as OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL, OpenID, and Oauth.
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies such as Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), Data Factory, Application Insights, Service Bus, and ARM templates.
• Experience with C# development.

• A good command of Dutch is required for this position.
