We are seeking a passionate Assistant Reservations Manager to join our client's award-winning team. As a key member of our Reservations Department, you will play a central role in maximizing occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction through proactive booking management, operational leadership, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new bookings across villa, suite, and group segments through targeted outreach and promotional campaigns.
• Manage vendor relationships on platforms like Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com to distribute inventory and process transactions.
• Oversee daily reservations, arrivals and groups reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
• Coach and develop our reservations agents to continuously elevate sales skills and service standards.
• Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and forecast achievement across all shifts.
• Conduct operations and performance meetings to coordinate initiatives and provide feedback.
• Assist the Reservations Manager and act in their absence to ensure seamless leadership.
Required Skills And Qualifications
• 3+ years of reservations management or front office supervisory experience in a luxury resort setting.
• Proven track record of boosting ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy through innovative sales strategies.
• Expert knowledge of revenue management principles and market segmentation best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with PMS/Cloud systems like Opera, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with all guest and vendor contacts.
• Attention to detail with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
