WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
• Train and work in our Belize City office
• Offices located on Newtown Barracks Road, and downtown on Church Street!
• Work from home may be an option after training is complete, based on performance and not guaranteed

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling inbound verification calls from customers who have recently signed a contract to purchase solar for their rooftops. This role will be responsible for verifying the customer’s understanding of the contract. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life and no two days will be the same. You’re literally the voice of the brands we represent, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you!

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take inbound verification calls from customers who have recently signed a contract to purchase solar for their rooftops.
• Confirm customer information, including personal details, contact information, and agreement specifics.
• Verify the accuracy of sales data entered by the sales team.
• Ensure that customers fully understand the terms and conditions of their purchase, including any financing or contractual obligations.
• Direct the customer to work with their sales agent on any questions or concerns regarding their solar energy purchase or installation.
• Document call outcomes and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Report any recurring issues or customer feedback to the sales and quality assurance teams.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and verification targets as set by the Call Center Supervisor.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred (ex. receptionist, community service, retail, front end restaurant, telemarketing, etc.).
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Amazing customer support presence (people can literally hear you smiling).
• Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens.
• Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required.
• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently.
• Proven oral & written communication skills.
• Experience using computers, phones and apps.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and proper documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
