Join Our Team – Maintenance Supervisor
Do you have a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team at the Best Western Grand Baymen Gardens, a subsidiary of ECI Development in San Pedro, Belize. Help us maintain our beautiful property while enjoying a competitive salary of 550 BZD per week.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily maintenance operations.
Repair mechanical equipment.
Coordinate unit inspections.
Supervise pool and grounds maintenance.
Lead room renovation projects.
Ensure a safe working environment.
Submit daily maintenance reports.
Manage scheduling and coordination of maintenance tasks.
Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance team members.
Maintain payroll control for maintenance staff.
Report directly to the General Manager.
