Key Responsibilities:
• Report daily and monthly F&B costs with variance analysis.
• Document all inventory movements accurately.
• Cost recipes, inter-kitchen transfers, and employee meals.
• Verify Materials Management data.
• Prepare and issue cost reports.
• Audit Materials Management procedures.
• Travel to restaurants for wastage reports.
