ISMMART Hospitality Pakistan is seeking a Director of HR to lead all human resources management efforts in our hospitality division. This strategic role will focus on workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, foster workplace culture, ensure compliance with laws, and build training programs.
Qualifications: Master’s in HR or Business, 8+ years of HR experience with 3 in leadership in hospitality, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in HR strategy development.
