Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Almaty Contract: Full-time employee Start: 01.03.2024
Your tasks
• Development of effective design solutions in the design of industrial facilities in the field of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food production at all stages - from concept to commissioning of the facility
• Independent development and issue of design documentation on concrete and metal structures for industrial and public buildings
• Modeling and/or uploading a structural model to Revit
• Carrying out all types of calculations (manual and in calculation programs)
• Alignment structural solutions with other disciplines (architecture, HVAC, electrical etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with project implementation deadlines
• Coordination of design solutions with the customer
• Defending of design documentation in Approving Authorities
• Author supervision at the construction site
• Participation in commissioning of the completed facility
Your profile
• Du verfügst über Erfahrung im B2B Vertrieb - vorzugsweise im Digital Bereich - und hast eine Leidenschaft für Sales
• Du bist vertraut mit Sales-Techniken und Tools; Begriffe wie "Bedarfsanalyse" und "KPIs" sind keine Fremdworte für Dich
• Durch deine Kommunikationsstärke glänzt du in den Gesprächen mit den Kunden und mit Deinem Charme und offenen Art überzeugst Du bei jedem Deal
• Dein gutes Gespür für Kennzahlen und Prozesse helfen Dir Dich und Deine Pipeline zu organisieren
• Eigenmotivation, Ergebnis- und Abschlussorientierung sowie Durchhaltevermögen machen Dich aus
• Ein erfolgsabhängiger Gehaltsanteil spornt Dich erst recht an und bringt Dich zu Hochleistungen
• Du beherrscht die deutsche Sprache einwandfrei und sprichst am Besten auch gut Englisch
