JoB Position Large Facilities OM Manager

Job Description
• Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution,
• Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilities.
• Track and close utility alarms within service level agreement
• Record power consumption of utility equipment.
• Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment
• Provide project progress on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis
• Prepare and maintain MIS and reports for monitoring efficiency
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment.
• Monitor and maintain ownership for large facilities and project,operations as per service level agreement
