• Develop and implement effective strategies for debt recovery and collections within the state, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and supervise a team of collections professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and achieve collection targets.
• Monitor and analyze collection metrics, such as delinquency rates, recovery rates, and customer payment behavior, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of the collections portfolio, including prioritizing accounts for collection efforts, reviewing payment plans, negotiating settlements, and initiating legal actions if necessary.
• Interact with customers regarding their delinquent accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing assistance or guidance on payment options and debt resolution.
• Prepare regular reports on collections activities, trends, and outcomes presenting findings to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, customer service, and finance teams to improve overall collections effectiveness and minimize customer delinquency.
• Identify and implement process enhancements, automation, and technology solutions to streamline collections operations, enhance productivity, and optimize recovery rates.
This role will be based out of Hyderabad or Warangal
