You will be part of our Information Technology (IT) team, contributing your leadership expertise and skills to drive operational excellence while providing a stable, reliable, and secure infrastructure environment Your Role
To be the technical expert and project leader of medium to large projects within function area.
To explore, recommend and adopt new technologies to benefit the organization. Ensures that infrastructure tasks required for a successful implementation of projects take place. This includes the implementation of a solution design which have been developed by Global IT Team. Your Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements on infrastructure, design, manage and optimize network environment.
• Establish pro-active monitoring mechanisms on servers and network, monitor performance bottlenecks, e.g. hardware / bandwidth resources and to lead discussions with regional IT team or external vendors for solutions.
• Monitor and support the IT service provided by the 3rd-party companies to ensure that agreed service levels are reached.
• Work with and guide other team members to assure corporate standards of infrastructure are consistently applied.
• Define or summarize the scope of the implementation project by defining the infrastructure-related objectives for each project.
• Responsible for the successful implementation of the project. This includes management of resources, deadlines, budget and agreed deliverables.
• Pay attention to the implementation of IT infrastructure-related quality and compliance requirements.
• Analyze and identify project risks and perform permanent risk management including communication to the relevant stakeholder.
• Ensuring compliance with security and data protection guidelines.
• Provide regular project reporting on project status
Your Skills and Experiences
• Proficient in Microsoft servers, storage technologies, network technologies (WAN, LAN, WIFI).
• Hands-on experience as a project manager in IT infrastructure environments.
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills in English.
• Good communication and collaboration capabilities, listening and negotiation skills are required.
• Good overview and understanding of current and future IT infrastructure technology.
• The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Structured and methodical way of working and professional appearance.
