Position: Operations Head
Location: Dadra & Nagar Haveli- Silvassa
Experience: 14- 16 Years
Industries: Textile
Responsibilities:
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability, Analytical mind & Problem-solving aptitude
• Technical knowledge and deep understanding of product and production processes
• In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
• Understanding of the product applications, customers, and market landscape
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Possess experience in driving and managing organisation-wide transformation Initiatives
• Strong leadership abilities and proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary environment and multiple manufacturing units is a must

• Good networking skills with effective interpersonal skills to work across various business functions and influence different internal and external stakeholders
