Job Description :
• Improve ART Performance by facilitating cross team collaboration, building trust with stakeholders, coach the IP iteration, facilitate the problem-solving workshop, and help the team to inspect and adapt event.
• Facilitate PI Planning in the preparation process, draft PI Plans, create team PI objective, and review final plans and business value
• Support iteration execution (backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, review, and retrospective).
• Improve flow by establishing the team Kanban board, measure and optimize the flow, and build quality in.
• Build High-Performance teams by developing healthy agile teams to create high-value increments of working solution.
Minimum Qualifications :
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• More than 3 years’ experience as Scrum Master
• Experience in software development
• Experience as a leader more than 2 years
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
• English proficient (written and oral
