Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Barista Skills Instructor at Fine Dining Chefs Academy in Harare. The Barista Skills Instructor will be responsible for delivering training on coffee preparation, presentation, and customer service to aspiring baristas.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience as a barista in a high-end establishment
• Demonstrated expertise in coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee bean varieties
• Strong communication skills to effectively teach and engage with students
• Certification in barista training or coffee brewing is a plus
• Passion for coffee culture and a keen eye for detail in coffee preparation
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other kitchen staff
