Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for engineering and utilities management? NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking an experienced Utilities Foreman / Supervisor for a key role at a FMCG concern in the Western Cape.
Your responsibilities will include leading a team of artisans, utilities management (refrigeration, steam, coal boilers, water, effluent). As a skilled problem solver and decision maker, you’ll manage resource allocation, foster team growth, and drive innovation.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a trade-tested artisan with a minimum of N5 or have a tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, 6+ years of technical team leadership experience, and 8+ years within the FMCG industry.
