You will get the chance to:
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process expense reports
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Submit invoices and follow up with customers
• Prepare financial statements and assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Help with tax return preparation and bank statement reconciliation
What you must bring to the table:
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• +5 years of experience as an accountant
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and MS Excel
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Advanced English proficiency
• Familiarity with US finance regulations
• The ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
A great plus:
• US work experience
