Position Summary:

The Football Video Coordinator plans, edits and produces all videography used by the University of Georgia’s Football Department to support the success of the University’s football team. This position focuses on Catapult imports, replay needs, setup and testing, PFF data, quality check on various IT needs including coaches’ laptops, video boards and sound systems at Butts-Mehre and Sanford Stadium. Practice duties include coordinating and calling out practice for a group of 20 students daily. The Football Video Coordinator will stay abreast of changes in technologies, football strategy, video editing, computers, projectors and videography.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:
• Knowledge and proficiency of Catapult Software, Adobe Premiere, 8K Camera Solutions, Microsoft Office, Pro Football Focus, Pro Quick Draw and Creston Technology.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and extensive knowledge of all AV hardware is essential to this position.
• Capable of shifting between working independently and within a team structure.
• Strong ability to collaborate with coaching staff.

• Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Close vision, and peripheral vision.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can at times be high.
• Driving as needed to perform job duties.

• Provide real-time access to video and data to allow coaches to make informed game day decisions.
• Provide quality checks on various IT needs including coaches’ laptops and sound systems at Butts-Mehre and Sanford Stadium.
