What you will do:

This role is at the heart of our brand's packaging design, driving projects from concept to final execution to ensure all designs are impactful, aligned with our brand, and meet regulatory standards. The Brand Designer will also support the development of cohesive brand assets across digital and print, working closely with marketing, sales, and procurement teams to bring visually compelling designs to life that elevate the PUR brand.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and execution of new packaging concepts and updates to existing packaging. Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all products.

· Design a range of sales and marketing collateral, working with the marketing, sales and Ecom teams to create impactful materials across digital, mobile, print, and video platforms.

· Design creative and engaging digital ads for online platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and target audience.

· Collaborate with the procurement team to meet regulatory requirements and prepare designs for final production, working with printers to address any print production challenges.

· Conduct regular research and analysis of the competitive landscape to keep our design approach current and distinctive.

· Stay up-to-date and ahead of industry trends and design best practices to ensure PUR brand remains innovative and relevant.

· Provide creative and innovative approaches as well as outstanding attention to detail and quality under challenging deadlines.

· Craft compelling narratives through visuals to communicate brand messages effectively.

· Maintain expert level knowledge of global brand standards, championing the value of the brand, ensuring design solutions support global initiatives.

· Exercise strong judgment and project management skills to balance priorities and communicate to teams.

· Demonstrate ability to manage complex projects and synthesize direction from many individuals.

· Able to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments, always keeping internal stakeholders informed of projects and progress.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of brand or graphic design experience in a fast-paced studio or agency setting; CPG experience preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.

• Design experience across packaging digital, mobile, print and video platforms.

• A constant curiosity and passion for design; keeps a finger on the pulse of the industry.

• Speed and agility; ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative, design solutions within tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with print production processes is considered an asset.

• Willing to work hands-on creating mock-ups for presentations when required.

• Self-starter with strong work ethic, able to manage own time and take initiative.

• Basic skills in copywriting to support brand messaging and enhance visual storytelling through concise, impactful text is considered an asset.
