Our client is a boutique financial services, with offices in Bermuda servicing clients across the Caribbean. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Checking input to GL by the Accounts Assistant
• Creditor Payments
• Managing Bank Account Balances
• Review and approval of Bank reconciliations
• Monthly management accounts and management reporting
• Monthly and Quarterly Group reporting
• Monthly Tax computation
• VAT returns
• Central Bank statistical reporting
• Monthly Allocation of Costs schedules
• Annual IFRS Group Reporting Pack
• Annual Statutory Accounts (FRS 101 and FRS 102)
About you:
This is the ideal role for a newly qualified practice accountant looking to move into FS
• Newly qualified
• Microsoft Office, especially proficient at Excel
• Flexible, multi-tasker (many facets to the job)
• Deadlines are very important.
• Familiarity with Oracle (OFI) and SAP systems, an advantage
