Having recently placed two litigators with top tier firms on island, we have another compelling opportunity to be filled with a top tier offshore firm.
This client handles a vast array of commercial litigation and insolvency matters and are often called upon to represent global clients in the most complex and challenging cross border disputes. Working closely with the lead partner, the new hire will be tasked with taking immediate responsibility for files and be looking to join a practice that can offer career progression within a dynamic team environment.
Applicants will be admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction, possess a strong academic pedigree and have gained their experience to date at a major onshore / offshore firm or commercial chambers. With a minimum of 5yrs PQE, your experience will ideally span commercial litigation, insolvency & restructuring, funds litigation, insurance and regulatory matters.
