About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Uxbert. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and drive revenue growth.
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Build a pipeline of sales leads and qualify potential opportunities to ensure a strong conversion rate.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Solution Development: Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Performance Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
• Sales Enablement: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Sales Activity Tracking: Track and report on sales activities and performance.
• Market Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
• Client Insights and Feedback: Share market feedback and client insights with the team to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the entertainment or sports industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to quantify workflow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cultivate a network of contacts within the Tourism, Entertainment, Culture, and Sports sectors in KSA (Global experience is a plus).
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
