Job Title: Director, Digital Marketing
At Tandemsearch, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to lead our financial services marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing plans that drive business results and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the needs of clients in the financial services industry.
• Provide strategic and thought leadership to financial services clients on digital marketing best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions to drive business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key digital marketing platforms, vendors, and technology partners to stay abreast of new features, tools, and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies impacting digital marketing in the financial services sector.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital marketing projects and develop and maintain contact with decision makers at key clients.

Qualification & Experience:
• Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of Fintech industry and emerging technology trends such as open and digital banking.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital technology implementations that drive business results and ROI
