At Agilemena, we're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients understand and document their business requirements. This may involve working on IT-related projects or process improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting research and data collection to understand the organization's environment, participating in interviews with clients' employees and stakeholders, analyzing gathered data, and highlighting issues to senior consultants. You will also help achieve project objectives, work on delivering process improvement initiatives, and implement recommendations or solutions. Additionally, you will participate in focus groups, facilitate workshops, and prepare business proposals and presentations. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills are also essential.
