Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Manager to lead our AI initiatives and drive our AI strategy across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MLOps, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with proven expertise in developing and deploying large language models.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of AI strategies across the organization
• Manage a team of data scientists and engineers to drive AI projects from conception to deployment
• Oversee AI research and development, and ensure the successful implementation of AI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive business growth
• Develop and implement large language models to enhance our products and services
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Over 7 years of experience in AI/ML, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in MLOps, including the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of models
• Practical experience in developing and implementing large language models
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and familiar with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in utilizing the Linux operating system
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Skilled in project management, with a track record of delivering AI projects on time and within budget
• A passion for keeping up with the latest developments in AI technologies
