**Job Title: HR Director**
• *About the Role:**

Florence International Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the human resources function for a leading food manufacturer and retailer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead a team of 30+ HR staff and manage a small team of direct reports.
• Conduct a full review of current HR policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction, training schedules, and recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and development.
• *Requirements:**
• At least 10-15 years of experience in HR, preferably in the retail sector.
• Experience working in KSA or a similar cultural context.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive change and improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
