Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading real estate development company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Project Oversight. As the Director of Project Oversight, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the project controls function for our ambitious development projects. You will ensure effective planning, monitoring, and controlling of project schedules, budgets, and risks. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of Qiddiya, a company dedicated to creating transformative entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of project control strategies and processes to ensure project success.
• Establish and maintain project control standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Oversee project planning and scheduling activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing variances to ensure financial stability.
• Implement effective risk management processes to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the company's assets and reputation are protected.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather project data and generate reports and dashboards to inform project decisions.
• Provide project control guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with project control requirements and standards, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and tools.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project controls, with significant experience in real estate development or construction.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent knowledge of project control methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and address project risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software, with the ability to generate reports and dashboards.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
