About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
• Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional client experience by demonstrating knowledge of our products, services, and brand DNA, and ensuring that every client interaction is personalized and memorable.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and introducing new products and services to clients.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, and tailoring our services to meet their evolving needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and provide feedback to support the success of the team.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual display of products, ensuring that the store environment is always visually appealing and aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
• Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store, including housekeeping and merchandising standards.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on current trends, products, and services, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of retail client-facing experience.
• Luxury retail experience is an advantage.
• Experience and understanding of the local market
