Job Overview
Assystem is seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective document management strategies to support our mission to accelerate the energy transition worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Document Management: Develop and implement the Document Management Plan, manage documentation throughout the entire lifecycle, and maintain configuration of documentation.
• Team Management: Manage the document management and control team, if applicable, and work with the IT/digital team to set up the document management digital system and cabinets for hardcopies and digital backup.
• Quality Assurance: Support Quality assurance audits and ensure the company's digital platforms are being effectively utilized for document management.
• Process Development: Create management processes for emails, letters, and other communications, and ensure the company's digital platforms are being effectively utilized for document management.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor degree-level or equivalent qualification in engineering or computer science.
• Experience: A minimum total of 10 years experience, including a significant experience (minimum 3 years) as Document Manager of a large Programme.
• Skills: Hands-on with Document Management tools (Aconex or equivalent), detail-oriented, focused, and good coordination skills, understanding of data protection and privacy laws.
