We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team at PetroApp | بتروآب as an IT Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of CCNA, MCSA, and Fortinet Fortigate firewalls.
The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting Windows systems and printers, and maintaining network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshooting Windows operating systems and printers.
• Managing and supporting Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Configuring and monitoring FortiGate firewalls.
• Maintaining network infrastructure and documentation.
• Setting up, managing, and maintaining VMware ESXi environments.
Requirements for the position include:
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CCNA, MCSA, and FortiGate knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience with VMware ESXi.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in troubleshooting Windows systems and printers.
• Strong networking and Windows Server skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
