About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Uxbert. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Task Allocation: Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources.
• Performance Management: Provide regular feedback and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Project Reporting: Conduct regular status meetings and updates with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any changes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Best Practices: Implement and monitor best practices and methodologies to streamline project delivery and optimize resource utilization.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Resource Optimization: Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Additional Responsibilities
• Jira Management: Manage all projects via Jira, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and project management.
• Operational Supervision: Supervise the operational aspects of the project as needed.
• Jira Integration: Ensure seamless integration and use of Jira for all team members.
• Jira Training: Facilitate Jira training and support for team members to enhance their proficiency.
• Agile Methodologies: Adapt and refine agile methodologies to fit the project's requirements and team dynamics.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly Jira.
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Multi-Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is preferred.
• Jira Expertise: Jira expertise, with a proven track record of managing projects through Jira.
• Agile Certification: Agile certification and extensive experience in agile methodologies are essential
